This course is designed for anyone wishing to learn CPR AED for Adult with option to learn skills for Child and Infant CPR, if needed. It is the certification required for many professionals to include, but is not limited to: teachers, personal trainers, child care workers, foster parents, coaches, and construction and lay-workers. Certification is good for two years.

First Aid
The First Aid portion is to be completed online and completion of certificate should be brought to the class! Included in the course is an interactive video covering: First aid basics- Medical emergencies, Injury emergencies, and Environmental emergencies. First Aid instruction includes: bandaging, bleeding, wounds, choking, shock, seizure, fainting, broken bones, sprains, burns, bites, stings, poison, and temperature-related conditions, to name a few.

NOTE: You are required to have the current Heartsaver student workbook with you in class. You may either obtain it on your own or purchase it through Simplex United for $5.
